Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Cascade Lumen Co. (“Cascade Lumen”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using cascadelumenco.com or contacting us for a demo, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly when you request a demo, call us, or submit a form. This includes:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your property address or neighborhood (for scheduling + service-area confirmation)
  • The service you are interested in (permanent lighting, holiday, commercial, etc.)
  • Project details you share with us (home size, scope, timeline, budget range)
  • SMS / call consent timestamps for A2P compliance

We also automatically collect limited technical information through cookies and analytics:

  • IP address, device type, browser, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on site, and referral source
  • Form interactions (including partial fills) via our CRM tracking

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To contact you about your demo request and schedule an on-site visit
  • To send you a written quote, follow-up communications, and project updates
  • To send appointment reminders and confirmation messages via SMS and email
  • To improve our website, services, and marketing based on aggregate behavior
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, licensing, warranty records)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. SMS & Calls (A2P Consent)

When you submit a form on our site and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Cascade Lumen Co. about your demo request, project quote, scheduling, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Image & Project Photo Disclosure

Important: Project images, before/after photos, and gallery shots on this website have been visually enhanced (color, exposure, sharpness, dusk-lighting rendering) to best represent the quality and aesthetic of our installations. Actual results will vary depending on home architecture, roofline layout, landscape, and lighting plan. We encourage you to book a free on-site demo so we can show you a live sample of the system clipped to your actual home before you commit.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use first-party cookies and a third-party CRM (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) to track form submissions, page views, and conversion events. This helps us understand which marketing channels work and respond faster to serious inquiries. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features (like our opt-in form) may not function correctly without them.

6. Data Sharing

We share limited information with:

  • Our CRM provider (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) — to manage leads, calendar, and customer communications
  • Our scheduling + calendar providers — to book and confirm appointments
  • Our installer crews — to deliver the service you booked
  • Payment processors (Stripe, etc.) — only after a signed contract, to collect deposits and payments
  • Legal or regulatory bodies — when required by law

7. Your Rights (Washington State Residents)

Under the Washington My Health My Data Act and related state law, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time (SMS, email, phone)
  • Withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@cascadelumenco.com or call (564) 204-4611.

8. Data Retention

We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties, and meet legal + tax requirements (typically 7 years). You may request earlier deletion under Section 7.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
